This advanced program is designed for mediators, attorneys, and professionals who want to deepen their understanding of divorce and family mediation.
Participants will learn practical tools used in real mediation cases, including:
- Confidentiality and ethics in mediation
- Managing high-conflict family disputes
- Parenting plans and co-parenting challenges
- Child support and spousal support calculations
- Division of assets and debts
- Retirement accounts and QDRO considerations
- Practical strategies used by experienced family mediators
