Anthony has been a full-time mediator with ARC since 2023, handling a diverse range of cases, with a particular focus on Employment and Personal Injury disputes. With over 20 years of experience in the legal industry, Anthony brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to the mediation process, making him an invaluable asset to parties seeking resolution.
Before transitioning to mediation, Anthony served as a Court Commissioner in Kern County, where he presided over a wide array of cases, gaining a deep understanding of the legal system’s complexities. During his tenure, he created and implemented several innovative programs, including a Civil Mediation Program focused on limited civil, small claims, unlawful detainer, and civil harassment matters. Additionally, Anthony developed a voluntary settlement program for family law cases and served as a mandatory settlement conference judge for unlimited civil matters.
Prior to taking the bench, Anthony successfully ran his own law practice for over a decade, specializing in general civil, business disputes, and employment law litigation. His broad experience as both a litigator and mediator enables him to approach each case with a unique perspective. Throughout his legal career, Anthony represented both businesses and individuals, employers and employees, gaining extensive experience in negotiation and mediation. His strong reputation as a pragmatic and solution-oriented advocate earned him respect from clients, colleagues, opposing counsel, and judicial officers alike.
